This is the newest template from krneky.com. No tables, just simple xhtml and css. Like all other templates, you can download this template and do anything you want with it, the link in the footer is not required and can be removed at any time.

Here you can enter your own news. I commented the index, so you can see from where to where the news block is, so you can just copy the code and make more blocks of news.
